The Ladder is Done

I was thinking how to make the ladder since I had no hinges and buying stuff was not my plan. I would rather like to build this chicken tractor with re-used stuff which is laying around the garage. So i looked through the pile of unwanted things and saw a pallet collar (name ?) which had hinges on it :) so cool! So i made the ladder which will be used as a door at night time to keep predators out. We do have Foxes around here.

Now its only left to find a way how to lift the ladder from the outside in an easy way
