Perone Top Bar Hive
I decided to build a vertical top bar hive in a Oscar Perone fashion. This means to leave the Brood Nest in peace, give them lots of uniterupted comb space and let them have their own honey winter stores.
Each box is 48,5 x 40 x 15 cm.
The first 3 boxes are the Perma-Brood Area and is never to be manipulated. The 4th box is their winter store.
