Tapping Birch Sap

8mm plastic house 1,5meters
8mm drill hole
One bucket to collect sap
1 stick to plugg the hole tigh
Hammer for plugging
And a hand saw to cut of the plugg part sticking out of the tree
The hole is to be drilled in an angle upwards and is to be approx 5-10cm deep.
The teee is not to be too young. At least 30-40cm in diameter.
Tapp max 10 liters per season then rest the tree next year (tapping every second year).
